We’re not ready, yet.
Over the next few weeks, the web app will become available. Some features may not be available upon release, but expect most data to be available within a short time.
If you registered for the early release before March 15, 2019, you will likely have access upon release. For anyone who registered after this date, you will be placed on a waitlist. These submissions will be accepted as soon as more bandwidth is available.
⚠️ For professors at the University of South Carolina or teachers in the Columbia, SC area, contact us to take part in our beta testing.
Several packages will be available!
For $0.00 per month, you will have access to basic weather data. This will include forecasts, current conditions, and radar data.
For $3.99 per month, you will have access to the $0.00 package’s features, while also having access to verbose National Weather Service data, predictions, models, and other yet-to-be-released features.
For $6.99 per month, you will have access to the $0.00 and $3.99 packages’ features, while also gaining level-2 and level-3 data. In addition to this, you can contact me with any questions. I’ll try to help you out as much as possible.
Donations are accepted!
You don’t have to donate, but we won’t turn contributions away. As of today, we are setting up a method to accept donations. Check back soon for more information.
For updates, go to christianoglesby.com. You can also check this page for periodic updates, which will be listed below.
Update 1 (February 21, 2019)
- 60 GB/month of bandwidth is available, which will allow for 50 members to have access without experiencing issues. If this limit is reached, speeds may be throttled by the hosting provider. In this case, we will purchase more bandwidth.
- We are working on different pricing packages, which will help fund the service.
- Upon release, you will need to disable ad-blocking extensions. The service does not have ads, but certain elements are incompatible with blockers.
